Year-Round Enrollment

Make-up Designory operates year-round with courses and programs starting monthly. Due to high demand and our commitment to small class sizes, we recommend applying early to secure your spot. Tuition for courses and programs is due two weeks before the start of class. Additionally, budget approximately $1,700.00 monthly for housing and living expenses.

For your convenience, MUD offers student housing through a trusted third-party company. Once you confirm your enrollment, you will be guided through securing your housing. Please note that enrollment and housing assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dedicated Support for International Students

At Make-Up Designory, we understand the unique challenges international students may face. We offer a dedicated Career Advisor and business workshops to help students and graduates gain experience consistent with their education at MUD. We are here to support you every step of the way.

Essential Steps for Enrollment

To complete your enrollment at MUD, the following requirements must be met:

  1. Age and Education: Applicants must be at least eighteen and have completed secondary or High School.
  2. Enrollment Application: Complete Part I of the Enrollment Application for the School and Part II for the Visa. Ensure your enrollment name matches your Passport name to avoid issues with the U.S. Embassy and U.S. Customs.
  3. Registration Fee: Pay the $100.00 Registration Fee online at our website.
  4. Proof of High School Completion: Provide a copy of your original diploma or transcripts. If your documentation is from outside the USA or in a language other than English, it must be translated and evaluated through SPANTRAN.
  5. Financial Proof: Submit a Bank Statement or Letter from your local bank stating you and your family have the financial stability to support your travel and study in the U.S. The statement must cover the program tuition and fees plus living costs.
  6. Valid Passport: Provide a copy of your current valid Passport.
  7. Interview: Participate in an interview, including all interactions with MUD staff.
  8. English Proficiency: If you completed secondary School in a non-English speaking country, take an English Language Proficiency Exam and score:
    • TOEFL: 50 or higher.

    • IELTS: 5 or higher.

Finalizing Your Enrollment

Once we receive these documents, we will prepare your enrollment agreement and the I-20 Document for your student visa. You will receive the enrollment agreement electronically for your signatures. Print out your signed enrollment agreement, I-20, and receipt of the I-901 fee payment to take to your visa interview. Pay the required Visa application fee online at the U.S. Department of State website here. Print the receipt and present it at the American Embassy during your visa interview.
